About Me

About me: I really feel it was a blessing growing up in the Seventies, during that time we had the best of everything when it came to television. From reruns of The Monkees to Pufnstuf, New Zoo Review, Sesame Street, Scooby-Doo, Sigmund and the Sea Monsters to the Superfriends. Godzilla blazed a path almost every Saturday on Creature Double Feature, and The Muppet Show and Shanana finished out the weekend on Sundays. Even as a child I always had to know “how things worked”, where the seams were, and how they made the magic happen. I was never one for believing they were “real” as much as I was in knowing, and appreciating, how someone could bring them to life. Saved my parents a small fortune as I never had an inkling to go see Mickey, he was only 2ft tall on TV, now he’s 6ft tall standing in front of me?!?!? It just never added up…  As I got older I started drawing my own characters, writing my own stories, and eventually building my own puppets. Twenty five years of set design, costume design, promotion, stained glass windows, tattoo flash and puppets have taken me this far. Not sure where this journey will eventually take me, but I am definitely enjoying the ride…
